30 Days Return Policy

Just American Jackets offers a hassle-free return and exchange policy for 30 days. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service representatives are available to respond within 24 hours. Please note that after 30 days, no returns will be accepted.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must submit your request within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made within this time frame will result in a full refund to the customer’s account. However, if the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, the following conditions will apply:

  • Cancellation after 24 hours: 30% of the total amount will be deducted.
  • Cancellation 3 days prior to shipping: 50% of the total amount will be deducted.
  • Cancellation after 3 days of order confirmation: No cancellations will be entertained.
Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your jacket for a different size, we will gladly process the exchange without any additional charges. However, the customer is responsible for covering the handling and shipping costs, which will depend on the weight and size of the item.

If you receive a product with defects, or if there is a size, color, or design discrepancy attributable to our error, our exchange and return policy will apply. Please contact us via email, sharing the details along with a photograph within 7 business days. Our customer support representatives will guide you through the returns and exchange process.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be entertained if the tags are removed from the product.
  • Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds made after 24 hours of receiving the item will not be accepted.
  • Before dispatching your order, our quality control team ensures that the product meets our high standards for color, sizing, material quality, and stitching. However, if you encounter any issues, please highlight the errors and email a photograph to the provided email address.
